Seasons Greetings to you all.
When we look back over the last year we cant help but reflect on the tremendous progress made. This was probably summed up best by Matthew Lugg at the recent ROAD 2011 Conference, when he stated „I cant believe how far London has come over the last 12 months. It is also pleasing to note that based on our success, the Midlands Highway Alliance (MHA) is now looking to develop a maintenance Contract as part of its current suite of collaborative contracts.
