The Transforming London project is about setting up the contracts, structures, and mechanisms for the delivery of highways works and services, deriving cost savings and quality improvements through pooling specifications and supply chains. New forms of delivery imply a new culture of working, affecting behaviours, attitudes, communications and actions

A culture cannot of course be imposed on any organisation- organisational culture in every one of our constituents will reflect a range of historical, past, recent and current influences including individuals, teams and managers. But every management has a duty to seek to shape cultures- those that support and reinforce the direction of travel sought for the organisation.
