The London Highways Alliance Contract (LoHAC) has been developed as a joint initiative between London’s boroughs and TfL, to deliver a reliable, reputable and cost-effective highways service across the Capital. The current arrangements expire in April 2021 and work is under way to develop a successor, either as a London wide framework, or as a suite of common specification documents to be used by boroughs as a shared resource.
Individuals from London boroughs will be invited to peer review each section of the specification as it becomes available.
